Galli large capacity ovens are models designed and produced with sizes and volumes that can satisfy all the needs that normal laboratory ovens cannot satisfy. Common ovens often do not exceed a volume of 720/1000 liters and are very limited in their internal dimensions that often cannot be modified. These models instead offer standard volumes up to 3000L and can be modified in their sizes so as to be able to accommodate the customer’s materials and products inside them. The horizontal flow heating technology allows for excellent uniformity and the AGSystem proprietary thermal control allows for all the processes required by the customer. Fratelli Galli has also created two types of ovens, the Model 5100 designed to work with shelves, and the Model 5150 with floor loading, ideal for working with pallets and trolleys and for loading products, without weight limits. The applications of our Ovens are the most varied, heat treatment, polymerization, coating, preheating, heating, aging, vitrification, stabilization, … in all types of sectors.
