The Roner Sous-Chef from the Officine Galli-Food Technology line is a high-quality tool, but at the same time simple and intuitive.
The body, as well as the resistance and the motor shaft, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The lid is made of anodized aluminum, while the fan is made of PVC material. With a compact structure, it is equipped with a rear clamp that makes it applicable to any type of tub or pot, with any shape. Furthermore, the lower structure is designed to allow the circulator to remain “standing” without the support of the clamp. The practical and ergonomic handle placed on the top allows for safe and agile movement of the tool.
The element that differentiates the Roner Sous-Chef by Officine Galli from all other immersion cookers and circulators for low-temperature cooking is the large front Touch Screen, a real novelty on these devices.
Programming is simple and intuitive, with the ability to save and rename numerous different cooking cycles. The Roner Sous-Chef is also equipped with a USB port that allows you to download HACCP data, if necessary, and to import/export recipes from one Roner Sous-Chef to another.
