AVI Instrument Test Tools

The AVI (Analog Voltage Input) is an intelligent instrument that uses its built-in processor to monitor voltages and compare them to high and low limits. This approach reduces the software load on the external computer and enables high-speed voltage monitoring and fault detection.
  • The failures (outside the limits) are detected by the AVI tool and the notification is sent to the host PC. (Also recorded by the included TestTRAK software)
  • All 32 channels are independent and each is capable of detecting boundary faults down to 500 nS (no mux scan).
  • Measurements can be recorded at programmable rates (using TestTrak).
  • The built-in system monitor keeps track of instrument temperatures and voltages.
  • The instrument includes 16 channels of digital outputs (TTL) that can be used to synchronize events with other instruments or generate clocks to be used for timing (timing controlled by user-programmable profiles).
  • The instrument includes 2 channels of programmable voltage output (DAC) (can be used to control external power supply or other uses).
  • The user simply sets the parameters for each channel using the included TestTrak software, assigns the profile, and starts the instrument.
  • All voltage readings are true RMS regardless of waveform.
  • Ethernet interface (integrated web server)
