Innoscan 1100AL Three-color microarray scanner

Combining ultra-high resolution and high-level automation, the Innoscan 1100 AL is perfect for fast, complete imaging. With three excitation wavelengths, it is ideal for reading cellular microarrays as well as classic three-color microarrays.
“Ideal for reading three-color Microarray scanner Applications”
Characterized by ease of use, performance and versatility, the Innoscan 1100 AL is the ideal instrument for cellular microarrays and three color microarrays. High-quality images: With a resolution of up to 0.5 µm/pixel or an equivalent 20x objective, the Innoscan 1100 AL is the highest resolution microarray scanner on the market.
This combined with a real-time autofocus system and PMT confocal detection, the Innoscan 1100 AL provides high-quality images for detailed microarray analysis.
  • Easy Automation: Equipped with easy-to-use image capture software and a 24-slide automatic loader, Innoscan 1100 AL is capable of fully automated scanning of 24 slides at a time.
  • The Innoscan 1100 AL can scan any microscope slide with various substrates: cells, tissues, proteins, DNA, glycans, peptides and more. Equipped with three excitation channels, it allows users to have greater multiplexing capabilities, thus allowing the analysis of different samples or markers on the same slide
The Innoscan 1100 AL is the ideal instrument for rapid, automated imaging of entire slides:
  • Cellular Micromatrix: Microenvironmental matrices, Peptide/HLA microarrays, Reverse Transmitter Matrices…
  • Tissue immunofluorescence
  • Three-color microarrays
  • High Density Microarray
In the following fields of application:
  • Ultrasound of cells and tissues
  • Glycomics: glycan arrays
  • Proteomics: Peptide Arrays
  • Biomarkers and disease stratification
  • Food Industry
  • Pharmaceutical industry
Advanced Technology
The Innoscan 1100 AL is a confocal scanner equipped with 3 excitation lasers (488, 532 and 635nm) which are coupled with 3 highly sensitive photomultiplier tubes (PMTs) that enable slide imaging. The PMTs are linear across the entire dynamic range (1% to 100%) making it easy for the user to set PMT gain levels for perfect tuning of the fluorescence signal to avoid saturation. The Innoscan 1100 AL has the highest resolution on the market (up to 0.5 µm/pixel) and uses a real-time autofocus system that adapts to substrate distortion, making the entire reading area completely uniform. Innoscan scanners are renowned for their excellent photometric properties, particularly in terms of sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio. Thanks to the Extended Dynamic Range (XDR) mode, Innoscan scanners have a dynamic range of over 106 and are therefore able to detect the weakest signals while avoiding saturated spots.
