InnoScan 710 Two-color Microarray Scanner

InnoScan 710 Two-Color Microarray Scanner. Characterized by its ease of use, speed and image quality, the InnoScan 710 is the ideal tool for routine microarray slide reading.
Applications
The InnoScan 710 scanner is ideal for reading low to medium density microarrays , both standard and special types:
  • Oligo arrays
  • BAC arrays
  • Protein arrays
  • Special slides
And it is successfully used for the following applications :
  • Functional genomics: CNV, genotyping, DNA methylation.
  • Proteomics: Protein expression profiling.
  • Clinical research: Cytogenetics & IVF. Disease stratification.
  • Industry application: Food contaminant investigations. New drug impact reseach.
Technology
InnoScan 710 is a scanner equipped with 2 extremely sensitive photomultipliers (PMT), it is linear over the entire operating range, from 0 to 100%. This makes it easy for the user to set PMT gains to adjust the fluorescence signal levels for the 2 colors, especially the saturation level and balance of the 2 channels. A special feature of the InnoScan 710 is that it uses a real-time autofocus system which has the advantage of being adaptable to the distortion of the media, thus making the entire reading surface completely uniform. Innopsys InnoScan scanners, offered by Galli, are well known for their excellent photometric properties , particularly in terms of sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio. Thanks to the XDR (Extended Dynamic Range) mode, InnoScan scanners have a dynamic range of over 10 6 and are therefore able to detect the smallest spots while avoiding saturated spots.

Product information
